• As far as possible limit the intake of processed and fried food items.
• Glycemic foods that may affect your blood sugar level should be consumed at the minimal as higher levels of insulin cause pimples to occur that may lead to formation of acne. And even if you have consumed a food item that can raise your insulin level, do exercise and it will come down.

Isopropyl Myristate, commonly known as penetrating oil is the key ingredient of a penetrating rust remover, Liquid Wrench. It is a very aggressive chemical. There are several other chemicals that are analogous to isopropyl myristate and they too are used in various cosmetic products. The most common of these are: decyl oleate, myristyl myristate, octyl sterate, isopropyl palmitate, putty sterate, octyl palmitate, isopropyl isothermal, and PPG myristyl propionate. All of these must be avoided, as they can ruin your situation and exasperate your acne.
